Happy Mediums?

So I am listening to another radio show and they are talking about a certain family society boycotting stuff again, same ole same ole.
Seems they don't want Advertising promoted to certain groups of people, O.K. that's there stance and if that's the bus they want to ride who are we to stop them.
But I guess it made me wonder if there isn't some sort of happy medium when it comes to Religion?
Finish reading before you go HUH??? What did he say?
You see we have very Liberal religionists who may think that everything we do is O.K. and as long as you think you are right with God then your right with God.
Then you have the Extemists who will throw that flaming bible at'cha and send you to hell.
Why don't we instead of Judging people, get to know people, maybe that person who is accused of Homosexuality has never been introduced to the Lord?
Maybe that person who thinks that they can do there own thing and still get to heaven has never really understood the Bible.
I guess what I'm saying is maybe we should stop Preaching and start Teaching!
I think that once you really get to know someone it's easier to share the Lord with them and teach what the Gospel says, than to just start Accusing, Condemning, and Discriminating against them.
Accusing..Condemning..Discriminating...Isn't that what the first Christians had to Endure?

Just thinkin!!

ONOM, first of all "religion" has no happy medium. There are more people out there trying to be religious rather than Godly! Remember the great commandment "love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul" and the second one "love your neighbor as yourself"! If we do those two things we accomplish exactly what you are talking about. Teach don't preach! Love don't condem! B4T

The Great Commission
16Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
You make a good point. Jesus commmanded us to make disciples not religious nuts.
